2019 CLASSIC CHRISTMAS MOVIES

This holiday season, the ASM Global-managed Mobile Saenger Theatre will once again showcase two classic Christmas movies on the big screen! On Thursday, December 19 at 7 p.m., see a movie full of holiday cheer, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. And on Sunday, December 22 at 3 p.m., enjoy the classic Meet Me in St. Louis. Plus, Santa Claus will be at the theatre before each of the movies to hear what’s on your Christmas list and take pictures! Doors will open 30 minutes prior to showtime.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under and seniors (60 ). All movies will be general admission and seating will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Saenger Theatre Box Office (open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday) or the Mobile Civic Center Box Office (open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday). Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the movie. Movie tickets are not available online.

The main concession stand will be open for snacks and beverages such as popcorn, sodas, candy, beer, wine and mixed drinks.

The Saenger will once again partner with Lifelines Counseling Services, which helps individuals and families live more productive lives through counseling, assistance, referrals and education. A representative from Lifelines will be at each movie collecting individually pre-packaged snacks such as crackers, cookies, chips, pretzels, fruit snacks, granola bars and applesauce pouches. The snacks will be used for children in Lifelines’ support groups and counseling programs. Cash donations will also be accepted. Anyone who donates will receive a complimentary small popcorn as a thank you.
