The Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice and the University of South Alabama Foundation present the 6th Annual Judge Harry J. Wilters, Jr. Lecture on Constitutional Law and Professional Ethics. The speaker will be Professor Michael J. Gerhardt, from the University of North Carolina, School of Law.
