Our favorite Cuban pianist, Aldo Lopez-Gavilan, returns to perform Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.  Beyond Gershwin’s Rhapsody, you’ll sway to the intoxicating rhythms of Arturo Marquez’s Danzon, a modern Mexican classic inspired by a Cuban dance.  And you’ll want to dance to the beat of Bernstein’s West Side Story. What a way to end the season!

Tickets are $20, $27, $36, $49, $72 and $96 and can be purchased online at www.mobilesymphony.org, by phone at 251-432-2010, or at the symphony box office, 257 Dauphin Street. Tickets are not available at the Saenger box office. Student tickets are $10. Through the MSO Big Red Ticket program sponsored by Alabama Power, students in grades K-12 can attend the Sunday performance free when accompanied by a paying adult. More details at www.mobilesymphony.org.
