Hooked on a Cure, a fundraiser to benefit cancer patients from the Alabama Gulf Coast

treated at Children’s of Alabama, will take place on Friday, August 25 through Sunday, August 27, 2023. Fishing enthusiasts and friends in Mobile and Baldwin counties are invited to enjoy two days of offshore fishing at Bear Point Harbor, located at 5749 Bay La Launch Avenue.

Crewmembers, sponsors and plus-ones are welcome to attend the Captain’s Meeting at OSO’s restaurant taking place Friday evening, where dinner, drinks, door prizes, a silent auction and live music will be available. On Saturday and Sunday, fishing teams will set sail for the offshore tournament. As a family-friendly event, guests are invited to listen to live music and watch as boats begin weighing-in from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
