Join us at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab’s Estuarium for a night of Culinary Art and Science! Delight in the savory offerings of Gulf coast seafood dishes prepared on site by student chefs from Mobile County Public School System’s Hospitality and Tourism Program.
This event is a fabulous opportunity to see these young chefs showcase the talents they’ve learned throughout the year in this wonderful the program. During the event, the students will be competing for the top team title in taste and presentation as well as a people’s choice award.
Event ticket holders will learn how ongoing marine research benefits the health of our Gulf seafood harvest while enjoying great food, live entertainment and spirits. The Corks and Forks Gala kicks off the weekend art festival “ArtSeaLab” on the campus of the Dauphin Island Sea Lab from Saturday, 10/27 from 10am -4pm until Sunday, 10/28 from 12pm -4pm.
