This wellness pop-up is designed to be a mom child experience. There will be TWO POP-UPS on the SAME DAY — both at The Kind Cafe. 

Pop-up #1: mom 1 child (3-5 yrs old) 

Pop-up #2: mom 1 child (6-10 yrs old) 

This wellness experience will include a tailored child-friendly mat pilates session guided by yours truly! Then, you will hear an exclusive (first ever) reading of Butterfly Fly with Morgan Tyner, followed by a calming breathing exercise & activity.
