Mike Epps “Funny as Ish” Comedy Tour

Comedian and actor Mike Epps will bring his “Funny as Ish Comedy Tour” to Mobile on Saturday, October 26. Accompanying Epps on the tour are Gary Owen, Tony Rock and Rickey Smiley.

Epps is generating an extraordinary amount of buzz among his peers for being not only one of the funniest comic actors in town, but also for his burgeoning dramatic talent. He recently wrapped the Amazon feature “Troup Zero” starring opposite Viola Davis, Allison Janney, and Jim Gaffigan, and a Netflix comedy “Dolemite Is My Name” starring opposite Eddie Murphy. Epps can next be seen in the comedy “The Trap,” co-starring Tip “T.I.” Harris and produced by Epps under his NapTown productions along with Queen Latifah, Shakim Compere.

Gary Owen has been entertaining America for over a decade with his side-splitting comedy. Having performed in all of the major comedy rooms across America, including The Laugh Factory Hollywood, The Comedy Store, all of the Improvs, numerous Funny Bones and Punchlines, and Caroline’s in New York, Owen is one of America’s most loved comedians.

Tony Rock has proven to be one of television’s best hosts having played the role of ringleader on HBO’s weekly stand-up comedy series “All Def Comedy,” NBA TV’s “The Warm Up,” along with BET’s “Black Card Revoked” and “Apollo Live,” all while co-starring in his first primetime network series – CBS’ “Living Biblically.” Performing stand-up comedy continues to be Tony’s first love and this year has proven no different.

Funnyman Rickey Smiley is known for making millions laugh. As a much loved comedian, television host, and top rated nationally syndicated radio personality, Smiley has earned a reputation for delivering audience pleasing performances onstage or off.
