Mobile Arts Council September Exhibition

This month at ArtWalk, head over to 6 South Joachim Street (next to the Saenger Theatre) to see our September exhibitions. Known as Room 1927, the space serves as MAC’s new satellite gallery and is the location for our current and future exhibitions.

Get to know the five artist competitors in this year’s Throwdown and see their work! These artists include Anna-Marie Babington, Mary Elizabeth Kimbrough, Patrick Tucker, Brandin Stallworth, and Ginger Woechan. All of the competing artists will have some of their pieces on display. In addition, see a collection of paintings by designer Alma Hoffman and an exhibit by local comic book artist Conz8000.

Gallery hours at Room 1927 are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays – Fridays. The exhibitions will hang from September 4^th through 27^th, with a special reception from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, September 13^th, LoDa ArtWalk night.
