The board and staff of The
Cookery Project are feeling cheesy about 2022 Mobtown Mac Down coming to the
Gulf Coast.  Join us on October 29^th,
2022, from 11 am to 5 pm at USA Mitchell Center North Lawn.  This mac and cheese
cookoff will highlight connoisseurs ages 10 on up.  Teams cook for the chance to win S’MAC TALK
bragging rights and prizes.  Ticket
holders get to sample loads of delicious mac and cheese and have the
opportunity to vote for people’s choice winners.

The event will be family friendly with S’Mac
row food vendors, music, streaming football, and fun and games for the young
and the young at heart.  Presented by Spire
Energy, Mobtown Mac Down celebrates the roaring Mobile food scene and
timeless tradition of this beloved staple. The proceeds of Mobtown Mac Down benefit
The Cookery Project, a local 501c3 nonprofit with the mission to engage and empower our youth through multicomponent culinary
interventions including food sourcing, nutrition education, and culinary experiences.
