The Eighteenth Annual Artys

The Artys, presented by Mobile Arts Council, will be held Thursday, April 6, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Soul Kitchen Music Hall. The Artys is Mobile’s only awards program that acknowledges the priceless contributions made to the arts and cultural community across all realms of the arts. The 2023 honorees include Nadine Andrews, Christy LeGros, City of Mobile Parks & Recreation, Showbiz Theatrical Services, Nat Johnson, The PACT Theatre Company, Steve Joynt (Mobile Mask), Symone French, Mobile Botanical Gardens, Michael Smith & Karen Carr, Nancy Goodman, and Eva Golson. This year’s Arty awards, which are always an original work of art, were created by local glassblowers, Muffinjaw Designs. Pre-ceremony entertainment will be provided by Disco Lemonade!

Tickets are now available at www.mobilearts.org/theartys for $50 and will be $65 at the door. The 18^th annual awards show is cocktail attire and will feature a cash bar and live performances by local musicians, dance companies, and theatres. We hope to see you at Soul Kitchen on April 6!
