Viewing the Summer Sky at Bellingrath Gardens and Home

Join us for an evening astronomy program led by members of the University of South Alabama Department of Physics. After an introductory presentation, guests will walk to the Great Lawn to view planets and constellations, weather permitting. Telescopes will be set up to view planets and constellations. Guests are encouraged to bring binoculars and flashlights. In the event of inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled to either July 15 or July 16. This event is part of the Wonderful Wednesdays series at

Registration is requested; to register, please call 251-459-8986. Admission is
regular Gardens admission: $14 for adults and $8 for ages 5-12. There is no
charge for members of the Friends of Bellingrath or for ages 4 and younger.
