Builder

Bernard Wood | BW Construction

BW Construction has one driving force – don’t build a structure, craft a home. That has been their motto for over 20 years now. Homes are built from the ground up; you must pay as much attention to the initial phases of home construction as you do the finishing touches. The BW team is fueled by a desire to build more than just the structure of a house but to craft distinctive custom homes that embrace the personality and lifestyle of each homeowner. At the heart of the company’s blueprint is the ability to procure the highest level of master trades and craftsmen, the valiant pursuit of quality materials and the laser-focused coordination of every fine detail. Organization and communication are the signature attributes that keep their clients informed and in step throughout the building process.

Charity Partner

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Gulf Coast

For more than 25 years locally, and since 1904 nationally, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that incredible potential is inherent in every child. As the largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Gulf Coast ignites that potential by making meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (Bigs) and children (Littles), ages 5 through young adulthood. These positive relationships have a direct and lasting effect on their lives. When children believe in themselves and what they can accomplish, they enjoy better relationships with their friends, families and peers, creating safer, stronger communities. Through our mentoring relationships, we have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of our volunteers, children we serve and our community at-large. Whether you join us as a volunteer, donor, corporate partner, advocate or family member, you have the power to impact a child’s future for the better, forever.
