Erin Reindl and David Clonts

Erin Kathleen Reindl, of Mobile, and David Allen Clonts, of Powder Springs, Ga., were united in marriage at Saint John’s Episcopal Church in Mobile on May 28, 2011. The Rev. Thomas Heard officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Michael Charles Reindl, granddaughter of Mr. Eugene Edward Holt and the late Teresa Ormae Holt and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ludwig Reindl.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Richard Clonts, grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Forrest Clonts Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Charles Zaenglein.

On the wedding day, a double-decker bus carried the wedding party to the ceremony. The bride wore an Amsale bridal gown with a crystal belt at the waist while given in marriage by her father. Her cathedral veil lined in lace was passed down from her mother and the inner lining of her gown held two brooches from her grandmothers.

The bride chose sorority sister Keri Barnes Bates as matron of honor and high school friend Lisa Marie Wiggins as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Britney Shreves Betbeze, Katherine Marie Clonts, Julie Johnson Hays, Sarah Katherine Holt and Allison Fassbender Kelly. The bridal party wore black, floor-length, one-shoulder dresses designed by Sophia Tolli.

The groom’s best man was lifelong friend, Logan Russell Mauldin. Groomsmen included Robert Bryan Fowler, Benjamin Michael Reindl, Joseph Eugene Reindl and Chadwick Stacey Tucker. The groomsmen wore black Calvin Klein tuxedos.

Following the ceremony, the bus delivered the wedding party to the reception at The Courtyard Manor. The white floral arrangements with green accents were designed by Belle Bouquet Florists with decorations by Port City Rentals.

Tyner’s Catering provided Gulf Coast favorites including steamed shrimp, crawfish julie, spicy crawfish pastries and a Southern grits bar followed by warm apple cobbler and vanilla ice cream for the groom. The wedding cake, prepared by Cakes by Judi, was white with buttercream icing and decorated with white roses.

The couple danced to “Thank You” by Led Zeppelin for their first dance followed by their own rendition of “You’re the One That I Want” from the Grease soundtrack. After a memorable evening, the couple was carried away by a cycle rickshaw. Photography was provided by Admoni Photography and videography by Will Haring.

After the honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Vinings, Ga.
