April 26, 2025 // Ceremony at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Reception at Cotton Hall
Mary Alice and Alex celebrated their marriage surrounded by family and friends. The morning began with getting ready, photos and a first look with their children at The Driskell. The mother of the bride made her wedding dress by hand with silk fabric and beading she and the bride found in New Orleans together; the veil was made from a vintage lace piece she had saved throughout the years.
The couple married at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. At the Cotton Hall reception, the music of the Six Piece Suits set the lively tone. Music plays a major role in Alex and Mary Alice’s lives, with the couple even meeting at a concert. They stayed on the dance floor until their bubble-filled exit, riding away in a Mustang as husband and wife.
