SWEET POTATO HASH BOWL AT PRESS & CO.
“Press & Co. is a great new coffee and juice bar located in Olde Towne Daphne. They also have plenty of delicious meal options for breakfast and lunch. For me, breakfast is the one meal of the day that I can’t miss, and my favorite breakfast dish at Press & Co. is their sweet potato hash bowl. The locally sourced sweet potatoes are seasoned to perfection and topped with sauteed veggies, turkey bacon, a sunny side up egg and salsa. It hits the spot every time!” – Max dearing, Director of Engineering, SFR Development, 68 Ventures

THE 504 AT O’DALY’S IRISH PUB
“If you’re hanging out in our festive entertainment district in downtown Mobile and need a late-night snack, O’Daly’s Irish Pub is the place to visit. I stumbled upon them while on Dauphin Street and tried their signature pizza, the 504. The name, referencing New Orleans, offers a glimpse into this flavorful pie. Based with alfredo sauce, smothered in cheese and topped with Conecuh sausage among other toppings and a drizzle of hot sauce, this is a must have.” – Kimberly Pettway, Instructor of Social Work, University of South Alabama

SEARED TUNA AT SEAN’S PRIME DINING
“Sean’s Prime Dining was definitely a new adventure. I feasted on fresh, seared tuna that was amazing (hey, I’m spoiled because my son brings me fresh out of the water). It was seared but still rare in the center and there was a wonderful drizzle on it. We ordered a side of fried brussels sprouts that were amazing along with the seafood pasta. The portions were more than generous. Give this a try as it was really good and a true dining experience.” – Jeanie Smith, Artist, Southern Intaglio Gallery

GRILLED PORK AND SHRIMP VERMICELLI AT POT AU PHO
“Light but full of flavor, the grilled pork and shrimp vermicelli at Pot Au Pho is a go-to dish when I’m on the go. The sweet pork and shrimp is combined with bean sprouts, cucumbers, basil and carrots. You experience a lot of complimentary flavors in this dish. I like a light drizzle of peanut sauce to tie it all together. Made fresh to order, it’s full of flavor and not too heavy. Order the spring rolls if you need lagniappe.” – Barry E.
