Mobile Symphony Summer Strings - Mobile

Keep playing your instrument during summer and learn new skills under the expert
guidance of a professional string teacher artist. Make new friends, discover the secrets
of your instrument, learn new music, and just have fun playing in an orchestra!

WHO: Violin, viola, cello or string bass players with at least one year of experience.

WHEN: Tuesdays and Thursdays (2 weeks each month)

DATES: JUNE 13, 15, 20, 22 and/or JULY 11, 13, 18, 20
WHERE: Larkins Music Center, 257 Dauphin St. Mobile, AL 36602
FACULTY: Mobile Symphony Teaching Artists
REGISTRATION FEE: $80 (4 classes) or $150 for both sessions (8 classes)

MINIMUN ENROLLMENT: 4 students per class
MAXIMUM ENROLLMENT: 12 students per class
MATERIALS: Instrument and pencil. Music will be provided in advance.

GROUPS AND SCHEDULE : 2nd and 3rd week in June and/or July

Andante Group: 2:00-2:50 pm (1-2 years of playing experience)
Allegro Group: 3:00- 3:50 pm (2 years of playing experience)
Vivace Group: 4:00 – 4:50 pm (3 years of playing experience)
