Fancy Asian Wings at Fairhope Social Club

“Before a recent Theatre 98 production, we headed to the Fairhope Social Club for a quick bite. I ordered, and absolutely loved, the fancy Asian wings! The honey gochujang glaze was an amazing balance of sweet and spicy, and the goat cheese crumbles added the perfect bit of creamy and tangy. The candied jalapenos and wasabi pea dust gave them an irresistible crunch and flavor. I’d planned to share them with my husband, but after the first one I knew that wasn’t happening.” – Trin Ollinger, Owner, Ollinger Property Management

Bulgogi Steak at Rayza’s
“Rayza’s in Daphne is one of those rare restaurants that works perfectly for both me and my wife. She’s a big sushi fan and swears that they have some of the best rolls around, but since sushi isn’t really my thing, I go straight for the bulgogi steak. Kalbi marinated skirt steak is served with onion and bulgogi sauce. The steak is tender, full of flavor and always cooked just right. Served with a side of steamed rice and fresh vegetables, it’s a hearty, satisfying dish I’d recommend to anyone, truly a must-try.” – Andrew Trattles, Technical Assistant to the President / Mechanical Engineer, Hargrove Engineers and Constructors

Quesadilla at Food Frenzy Cafe
“I recently visited The Food Frenzy Cafe, one of the hidden gems in our beautiful city. The food was made fresh to order. I tried the quesadilla, which is a must-have. The regular version is served with fries and a drink, while the large version comes with a side of coconut rice, mango salsa and black beans, all of which are delicious. The attention to detail and the freshness were simply amazing. The Food Frenzy Cafe is our new top choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner.” – Enoch Lamar Smith, President, Easy Heating & Cooling

Lamb Shank at Galway Irish Pub
“Galway Irish Pub in Gulf Shores is a true gem: cozy Irish decor, friendly staff and a fun, relaxed vibe with great music. The menu never disappoints, and the lamb shank is unforgettable: slow-braised New Zealand hind shank, fall-off-the-bone tender, served atop creamy Colcannon (Irish mashed potatoes) with rich Guinness Cabernet gravy. Pair it with one of Galway’s flavorful beers, and you’ve got the perfect mix of comfort, flavor and atmosphere. From the taste to the hospitality, Galway is the place to be.” – Tammy Moudy, Administrator & Volunteer Coordinator, South Alabama Land Trust
