In the fresh bloom of spring, Ellen Ray and Hill’s wedding was a heartfelt celebration of love and faith with their friends and family by their side. The couple was married at Ashland Place United Methodist Church, the same church in which the bride’s parents were married in 1996. The bride says the church was her dream ceremony venue and that saying her vows and marrying her groom in the same church where she first learned about Jesus and began her own relationship with Christ filled her wedding day with deep meaning.
At the Fort Conde Inn reception, flowing green drapery and elegant white orchids paired with the natural beauty of Mobile in March. The perfect spring weather was the cherry on top as guests enjoyed shrimp and oysters on the cobblestone streets. After hours of dancing, the couple had a joyful confetti and bubble- filled exit to the white Packard awaiting them.
