Erin and Robins’ wedding day was a celebration of love, family and friends. White and green florals adorned the chapel’s two Christmas trees as the wedding party of 15 bridesmaids and 15 groomsmen processed down the aisle. Soon after, the bride made her entrance, wearing her mother’s original wedding bands and grandmother’s marquise diamond ring, pearl earrings from Majorca, Spain, and blue wedding heels, all representing her something old, new and blue; the rings were brought in on her best friend’s ring bearer pillow as her something borrowed to complete the tradition.
After the vows, the rainy weather cleared for The Hope Farm reception. The newlyweds shared their first dance to Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ On) the Dock of the Bay,” a nod to their bayside wedding, and all enjoyed a “Bonner Bourbon Bar” bourbon tasting, roasted oysters and a five-tier vanilla wedding cake. The energy remained high, with guests donning custom hats and Christmas light necklaces, before the couple exited under white flower petals to the mother of the groom’s white convertible.
