Cocktails with the Critters

The Dauphin Island Sea Lab Foundation (DISLF) supports the Sea Lab in its mission to provide wise stewardship of the marine environment through education and research.  The Foundation does this by providing funds to sustain the activities of the Sea Lab; promoting awareness of the Sea Lab and its environmental issues; and funding the DISLF Endowment.

The Sea Lab is the marine science laboratory for the State of Alabama. It serves as the marine science program for twenty-three colleges and universities in the state of Alabama.  In addition to college and graduate students the Sea Lab provides marine science education for children in grades K5-12 and continuing education for Alabama science teachers. The Sea Lab is home to nationally acclaimed researchers who play an important role in supporting the health and welfare of our beautiful bay and coastline.

Cocktails with Critters, the major fundraiser for the DISLF will be Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 6:00 till 9:00 at The Blue Gill on the Causeway.  As always, this will be an exciting evening overlooking Mobile Bay with live music, delicious hors d’ouevres along with tasty wine and beer.  Tickets are $50 in advance and $55 at the door.
