January 17, 2026 // Ceremony at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Reception at The Athelstan Club
Maygan and Stewart’s winter wedding day was a celebration of their love story attended by those closest to them. The day started with the bride and her entourage getting ready at the Hilton Garden Inn and the groom and his groomsmen gathering at the Athelstan Club. The bride’s off- the-shoulder gown and string of pearls embodied the sophisticated elegance of the day. The bride and groom then met in Bienville Square, where they had their first look and took family photos, after which they rode the trolley to St. Mary’s Catholic Church for the wedding Mass. The bride describes holding her father’s arm while walking down the aisle and seeing her groom standing at the altar as a perfect moment.
After the ceremony, all headed to the Athelstan Club to continue the celebrations. After a romantic first dance, the music became livelier as all took to the dancefloor. Food, drinks and cake kept the party in full swing until the newlyweds’ exit on a golf cart with “Just Married” on the back.
