Ceremony at the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception
Reception at the Bragg-Mitchell Mansion
Olivia and William’s black-tie wedding was a classic, traditional celebration in mid-January. The bride combined the timeless elements she’d always dreamt of — white, green and pink florals and a long train and veil in the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception — and added a twist with her bridesmaids wearing different but coordinating dresses. A harp and violin accompanied the organ as the bride, wearing a full lace-covered gown and holding a gorgeous bouquet, walked down the aisle with her father to meet her groom.
Following the wedding Mass, guests met the newlyweds at Bragg-Mitchell Mansion for the reception, which channeled a cocktail bar atmosphere. Chocolate brown furniture mixed with olive green accents for a cozy feel, and pops of pink in the florals added a feminine touch. Gold lanterns hanging from the ceiling above the dance floor and the bars, along with string lights and smilax vines covering the tent ceiling, completed the warm, inviting aesthetic. All enjoyed cocktails, a buffet and wedding cake before dancing to the energetic music. The happy couple then ran through bubbles to an England Packard, ending the day in style.
