March 6 – 7: Tee Off Fore a Cure

Lakewood Golf Club • The Grand Hotel, Point Clear

Pre-Party: 6:30 p.m. Friday, Tournament: Saturday morning This annual fundraiser supporting pediatric cancer research at Children’s of Alabama begins with a pre-party and silent auction on Friday evening, followed by a 4-man scramble golf tournament on Saturday morning.

March 7: Mobile Chocolate Festival

The Grounds • 1035 Cody Road N

10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Sample all the chocolate you could want, and do it for a good cause. Enjoy sweet treats from local vendors, live music, food trucks, kids’ activities, a chocolate martini tasting, cupcake booth and more. Admission ranges from $5 – $10 with proceeds benefiting Penelope House.

March 14 – 15: Beethoven and Blue Jeans

Saenger Theatre • 6 S Joachim St.

7:30 p.m. Sat., 2:30 p.m. Sun. This casual Mobile Symphony Orchestra concert is an annual crowd favorite. Accordionist Radu Ratoi will delight audiences with Piazzolla’s Aconcagua Concerto and end with Beethoven’s Second Symphony. Tickets start at $20.

March 19 – 22: Home & Garden Show

Mobile Convention Center • Downtown Mobile

6 – 9 p.m. Thur., 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Fri. – Sat., 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Sun. Don’t miss a weekend packed style and inspiration as designers, artisans and lifestyle experts share tips and advice for elevating your home. Featured guest speakers include Christopher Spitzmiller, Paloma Contreras and Barry Dixon. Tickets start at $28. Proceeds support the ECMO program at USA Health Providence Hospital.

March 20 – 22: Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival

Downtown Fairhope

10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily. Stroll the streets of downtown Fairhope and enjoy a variety of art vendors from across the country, food vendors, children’s activities and more at this annual event. Admission is free.

March 22: Mahj for a Reason

The Country Club of Mobile • 4101 Wimbledon Dr W

1 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Lynn Cooper with Mahjong Collective will manage this tournament benefiting the Child Advocacy Center. Cost is $400 for a table of four, 2 players $200 for two players or $100 for individuals.

March 28: Azalea Trail Run

Mardi Gras Parkʉۢ Downtown Mobile

6 a.m. Run beside the blooms at this annual event that’s perfect for competitors and casual joggers alike. 10k, 5k and 2k fun run distances available. Registration starts at $13.

March 28: Downtown Cajun Cook-Off

Cathedral Square • Downtown Mobile

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Enjoy a celebration of Cajun culture and cuisine with bold flavors and zydeco music in support of the Child Advocacy Center. Tickets: $18 in advance online, $20 at the gate

March 28 – 29: Mobile Ballet’s Cinderella
