Enter Bistro Saint Emanuel, a restaurant unique to Mobile. The atmosphere is reminiscent of New Orleans, with great food, excellent service and a beautiful bar similar to Galatoire’s. The filet mignon served with asparagus was excellent; the beef is wet-aged, which enhances its natural flavors, and is topped with a red wine reduction.
