Reception at the Bragg-Mitchell Mansion
Olivia and Brady grew up attending the same preschool, living in the same neighborhood and going to the same social gatherings, but they didn’t officially connect until their senior year at Spanish Fort High School. They began dating a month before high school graduation and have been together ever since, getting engaged on a trip to New York City.
The couple’s wedding day was traditional yet still held personal and unexpected touches. A timeless black-and-white color palette and classic details throughout added to the elegant affair. The bride wore a gown from the Justin Alexander Signature Collection, paired with white gloves and a cathedral-length Chantilly lace veil. The bride and groom opted to share a private first look, reading handwritten vows together before the ceremony. It became one of the most special moments from the wedding day. Guests watched as the bridesmaids and ring bearers — which included the bride’s Shih Tzu — processed down the aisle of First Christian Church before the bride entered and the couple shared their vows in front of the congregation.
At the Bragg-Mitchell Mansion reception, guests enjoyed signature cocktails named after all three of the bride and groom’s pets. A memorial table honored loved ones, including the bride’s late father and the groom’s late grandfather, in a touching tribute. Music got all the guests on the dance floor, the energy continuing throughout the night. As the sun set, the newlyweds passed out custom hats with “Sweet Home Garcia” on them and glow sticks. As the reception came to a close, Mr. and Mrs. Garcia made their exit through bubbles to their getaway car.
