CHARCUTERIE BOARD AT PROVISION
“The charcuterie board at Provision in downtown Fairhope is the perfect small plate for sharing with friends at the restaurant or to order as a fun take-away picnic. It features mimolette cheese, brie, salami, Valencia almonds, cornichons and local honey along with crackers topped with a rosemary garnish. If you are looking for a non-alcoholic accompaniment, the mocktail mule is a refreshing twist on the signature Provision Mule and acts as the perfect compliment.” – Nikki Rider, Director, Center for Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement, Emory University

LAMB KABOB AT JERUSALEM CAFE
“I recently dined at Jerusalem Cafe and had a delightful experience. I started my meal with the krass stuffed pastry and hummus. Both were incredibly tasty, and I wanted to take the hummus home for a snack. For my main dish, I chose the lamb kabob. It was grilled to perfection, and the cucumber yogurt sauce took the lamb to another level of enjoyment. The service was excellent, and the owner checked on every table to ensure everyone was loving their food.” – Malcolm Johnson, Owner and Principal Planner, Spectrum Events Gulf Coast

EL TORO BURRITO AT ROOSTERS
“Roosters’ El Toro burrito is a flavorful delight that bursts with freshness and boldness. The tortilla is perfectly soft, encasing a generous filling of tender barbacoa brisket, Spanish rice and their amazing queso blanco topping. The blend of spices adds just the right amount of kick, making each bite a savory experience. The burrito is well-balanced and satisfying, making it a must-try for anyone craving a hearty, delicious meal. Highly recommend!” – Sydney Cramer, Program and Advocacy Manager, Mobile Arts Council

MUFFULETTA AT DEBRIS PO-BOYS & DRINKS
“Muffulettas are for Mondays and they make a fine one at Debris Po-Boys in downtown Mobile. The restaurant starts off with authentic round, seeded Italian bread trucked in fresh from Leidenheimer Bakery in New Orleans. The massive sandwich is then piled high with salami, mortadella and capicola, all of which are shaved in house. Add provolone, top with their signature olive salad and you have a meal fit for a Mardi Gras king.” – George Talbot, Vice President of External Affairs, Volkert, Inc.
