July 4: City of Mobile Fourth of July Celebration

5:30 – 9 :30 p.m. Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with music, food trucks and family fun, including a fireworks show. Admission is free and parking is $10 for cars and $30 for RVs.

July 17 – 19: Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo
Dauphin Island
Reel them in and cross your fingers at weigh in — this classic fishing competition brings out the best anglers on the Gulf Coast. Registration starts at $60.

8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Cheer on the athletes competing in the summer’s hottest pole vaulting block party. Event is free.
July 18: Bay Bites

4 p.m. – 8 p.m. In partnership with Mobile Baykeeper, Bay Bites celebrates the best oysters, shrimp and fish on the Gulf Coast with the people who raise them, protect them and love them. Guests will enjoy live music, fresh seafood from local purveyors and chefs and beer brewed with oyster shells.
