How They Met
We actually knew each other in high school since we went to the same small private school, but being that Luke was two years older than me, we never interacted much. Fast forward to the summer I came home from graduating college, we hung out with mutual friends, and became interested in each other from that point on.
How He Proposed
He proposed by recreating our first date. He had cooked for me and then we had sat around the fire pit in his backyard hanging out. He had gone back inside for blankets, and when he came back out he got down on one knee.
