KALBI RIBS AND GARLIC SHRIMP COMBO AT ALOHA MADE BBQ
“If I ever get a craving for Hawaiian food, there’s only one place I’m going to go, and that’s Aloha Made BBQ in Fairhope. Being from Hawaii, I can tell you that all of their food is just as good and as authentic as anything you can find on the island. My go-to order is the Kalbi ribs and garlic shrimp combo. The ribs are sweet and savory while the shrimp is spicy and garlicky — a perfect match. They are both ‘ono’ (that’s Hawaiian for delicious).”- Chace Yamagata, Founder, Baldwin County Foodies/Realtor, Salt Coast Realty

PRALINE PIE AT CHAR 32
“I am typically not a big sweets person. However, I cannot resist the praline pie at Char 32 in Point Clear. It is a part of their nightly dessert selection that rotates, so whenever we make a reservation, I actually call and ask them if they will have it that night. The pie is so light and the perfect blend of caramel and praline. Their peanut butter pie comes in a close second. I love the cozy feel in Char.” – Lisa White, Owner, CK Collection

SHRIMP FAJITA WRAP AT MAGHEE’S GRILL ON THE HILL
“There are two things I could eat endlessly: peeled shrimp and red salsa. So, it’s not surprising that the shrimp fajita wrap at MaGhee’s Grill on the Hill is exactly my kind of sandwich! The shrimp are snappy and perfectly seasoned (not too salty). They go really well with the cheddar cheese, grilled onion and bell peppers. I recommend ordering it with spicy slaw on the side — or just right on top! — because that unique slaw with a real kick backs up its name.” – Sean Dudley, Musician, actor and attorney

BANH MI SMASH BAO BUNS AT SLURP SOCIETY RAMEN SHOP
“Slurp Society is my new fave lunch spot and even better for your late-afternoon meeting that needs a little happy spice! Everything on the menu is delicious, but I will never not order the banh mi smash. Filled with wagyu beef, American cheese, carrot and daikon slaw, and cukes, this bao bun is the perfect twist on the American classic burger. The spicy aioli is a game changer.” –Mary Frances Clarke, Director of Development, Fuse Project
