1 1/2 ounces gin with floral notes (such as Hendrick’s)
1 1/2 teaspoons rose water (available at most grocery stores and Whole Foods)
3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons chilled rosé
3 teaspoons simple syrup or light agave
a splash of club soda
edible flower for garnish (such as violas or pansies)
Shake all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker to combine. Strain into a Champagne coupe or martini glass and serve topped with an edible flower. Serves 1.
