June 1, 2024 // First Baptist Church of Mobile, Reception at Bragg-Mitchell Mansion
A profound sense of peace and joy filled every aspect of Grace and James’ wedding day. The ceremony at First Baptist Church of Mobile was attended by many friends and family and ended with a romantic petal-toss church exit to fulfill the bride’s longtime vision. A trolley took the couple and wedding party to the cocktail hour, where guests mingled with the newlyweds. The bride carefully thought through every detail, from the chartreuse chopsticks at the pad Thai station that called back to the couple’s first date to the signature cocktails named after their dogs, complete with dog drink stirrers. Guests ate food and cooled off from the hot June weather with custom boozy popsicles. Daylight settled into nighttime as drinks and food led to hours of dancing. The newlyweds spent the rest of the beautiful Southern summer night on the lawn and under tents celebrating together and surrounded by their favorite people.
