For something on the lighter side, try the honey chipotle version at The Royal Scam. They’re crispy, with a little heat and a little sweet.

These are so intense that they need their own storm categories. Try the Ridiculously Hot Hurricane Sauce from Category 5. But don’t say we didn’t warn you!

5. KENTUCKY KICK
The Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses wings are worth the drive. Syrupy sweet with a rich, from-the-barrel taste, these are some of the best around.
