Mary and Dawson’s wedding day was filled with love and nostalgia. The couple was married in a picturesque ceremony in a small waterside chapel decorated with romantic florals where they spent many summer Sundays. The bride even requested the air conditioning be turned off so the venue could be just as it was when she was young. Mary wore her sister’s dress for the ceremony, changing into another dress for the reception at her grandparent’s bay house. As guests enjoyed food and dancing at the reception, a sunset created the perfect canvas for the special day; the bride later said she could feel her grandmother’s presence like a warm hug. String lights illuminated the night as the festivities continued until guests wished the couple well as they exited into their new lives as husband and wife.
