Cold Smoked Triple Tail Dip at Grace

“As president of the Junior League of Mobile, I am always excited to celebrate the people, places and flavors that make our city so special. Grace certainly delivered an experience worth sharing. We started our meal with the cold smoked triple tail dip, and it was absolutely amazing. From the first bite, the flavor was smoky yet clean and fresh, with bright notes of lemon, a hint of dill and just the right amount of zest. The dish was balanced without overpowering the delicate flavor of the fish.” – Shannon Harris, DNP, FNP, CCRN Associate Clinical Professor, USA College of Nursing / President, Junior League of Mobile

Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Creamed Spinach at Tamara’s

“Tamara’s is one of the restaurants that I like to go to in Baldwin County that never disappoints. I usually get the chicken, which is simple and delicious. I like to pair it with a side of roasted sweet potatoes and a side of creamed spinach. All of the flavors in these dishes explode on your palate. The consistency is the key! It’s the same amazing taste every single time, so you always know what to expect.” – Corey Martin, Owner, Fairhope Fit & Trim / Former Councilman, Fairhope

Grilled Shrimp Wrap at Tammy’s Sports Bar and Grill

“Sometimes, you just want a tasty meal at a casual place with no fuss. We have found that at Tammy’s Sports Bar and Grill. I get their grilled shrimp wrap (called the Roll Tide) on repeat. It includes bacon, lettuce, onion, cheddar cheese and ranch. The side choices are French fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings, which I love, but sometimes to feel a little healthier, I’ll ask for coleslaw for my side. It is just the perfect meal at a fun, casual place.” – Ginger Taylor, Marketing and Inside Sales Director, Techline Mfg.

Fried Crawfish at Kravers

“Living in Mobile, it’s not hard to find good seafood. But my seafood standards haven’t been the same since I tried Kravers’ fried crawfish. Those fried mudbugs are perfectly seasoned with just enough kick to be considered spicy, and they come in generous portions, so no need to worry about the crawfish being too small. Fair warning: you’ll be digging a hole in the bottom of your basket looking for more fried crawfish once you’re done. Your stomach will be full but your taste buds will want more.” – D’Ambro Chatman, Creative Content Manager, City of Mobile
