Santorini, Greece
While Raven and Joshua began dating in 2023, the couple grew up in the same hometown of Mobile, which would later lead them to meet. The bride attended LeFlore High School, and the groom attended St. Paul’s Episcopal School, playing football at the University of Alabama and graduating with his masters while the bride attended cosmetology school and started her own business. Eventually, the couple met at church, began dating and got engaged.
When it came to their wedding, they knew they wanted to elope in a private, meaningful ceremony that would take place in a beautiful location. Santorini gave them the scenic views and romantic setting they were looking for. Before jetting off to Greece, the couple’s family and friends held a going-away party filled with well wishes for the soon-to-be newlyweds.
On their wedding day in Santorini, the couple tied the knot at the San Antonio, a luxury boutique hotel overlooking the Grecian city. They recited their vows surrounded by florals and a cliffside view of the sparkling blue waters. After the ceremony, they shared a romantic dinner as husband and wife. Their destination elopement created a peaceful day where they could both be present. Surrounded by white buildings, blue water, cliffs and a magnificent sunset, the new Mr. and Mrs. Casher ended their unforgettable wedding celebration with just the two of them.
