Dauphine Theatre, 1920

The Dauphine Theater opened in 1918 under its original name, the Majestic. In 1920, the theater was renamed Dauphine, only to receive a new moniker, Bijou Theater, in 1922. In its heyday, the theater projected silent movies for eager filmgoers until closing its doors in 1932.
