May 20, 2023 // St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Reception at Mobile Carnival Museum
Emma married Hunter, her high school sweetheart, in a family-filled ceremony at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. A spring rainstorm gave way to a rainbow as the bride walked down the aisle strewn with flowers by the couple’s daughter, Charlotte. During communion, the bride’s sister sang “Come to the Altar,” accompanied by the bride’s brother on guitar. A big reception took place at the Mobile Carnival Museum, with the street blocked off for guests to enjoy the indoor and outdoor venue. The museum’s color and festivity played perfect host to the party enjoyed by all. Charlotte stole the spotlight by singing “Girl on Fire” to the delight of all in attendance. The couple then exited through a tunnel of sparklers into the new chapter of their love story as husband and wife.
