Irish Pink Gin Cocktail
Originally featured in “Binky Oswalt’s Irish Feast,” March 2019
3 ounces pink Irish gin, or gin of choice
2 dashes elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)
tonic water
sliced red grapefruit, for garnish
1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add gin and elderflower liqueur. Top with tonic and garnish with grapefruit. Makes 1
