10. Ice Cream Sundae
Stacey's Rexall Drugs & Old Tyme Soda Fountain • 121 W Laurel Ave, Foley.
It's a summer classic that will take you back to your childhood. Choose from hot fudge, chocolate, strawberry, pineapple, cherry, butterscotch, caramel, marshmallow, and peanut butter/chocolate. To top it all off, each sundae is loaded with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.
9. Sesame Seared Tuna Salad
Cosmo's Restaurant & Bar • 25753 Canal Rd, Orange Beach.
On the way to the beach, stop by for this delicious light bite featuring a sesame-seed-coated 6-ounce filet of tuna that is seared and served over a bed of mixed greens and tossed with dried cranberries, toasted sunflower seeds and a gingered soy vinaigrette. Yum!
8. Strawberry Pizza
Burris Farm Market • 3100 N Hickory St, Loxley.
This simple combination of a pecan crust, smothered in creamy filling with a sugary strawberry topping is perfection. Even better, like most of Burris’ dishes, the dessert is made using fresh Baldwin County produce.
7. Gelato
Serda's Coffee Company • 3 S Royal St.
Gelato is basically a fancy word for amazingly rich and creamy ice cream. And Serda's is the place to go to find it. They have about a million rotating flavors to choose from, but if it's available, you can't go wrong with Mackinac Island Fudge, a decadent concoction of caramel and chocolaty fudge chunks.

6. Fried Crab Claws
Lighthouse Restaurant • 12495 County Road 23, Irvington.
At the Lighthouse, these little things are fresh, plump and fried to perfection. Crab claw calories don't count, right? That's our story and we're sticking to it.
5. Fried Pickles
Bluegill Restaurant • 3775 Battleship Pkwy, Spanish Fort.
This addictive appetizer is a rite of passage on the Causeway. Order some to share with friends. Or better yet, save them all for yourself. We won't judge.
4. Snow Cone
LuLani's Shave Ice & Dog House • 6148 Old Pascagoula Rd., Theodore.
You don't really know what shave ice is until you have LuLani's shave ice. Their deliciously unique flavors include Birthday Cake, Jolly Rancher, Dill Pickle, King Cake, Cappucino and much more. Warning: These snow cones are HUGE!
3. West Indies Salad
Bayley's Seafood Restaurant • 10805 Dauphin Island Parkway, Theodore.
Lump crabmeat is the star of this quintessential Mobile dish. And no matter how many times you've had it, it just seems to get better and better.
