Hayes Sekas Adams and William Collin Hunt Jr. were married on Oct. 27, 2018, at Sacred Heart Chapel in Point Clear. Father Matthew O’Connor was the celebrant for the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Lovic Adams III, of Fairhope, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Sekas. Her grandparents are the late Dr. and Mrs. Frederic Carpenter Boykin, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Lovic Adams Jr.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Collin Hunt, also of Fairhope, and the grandson of Mrs. Phyllis Knicky. His grandfather is the late Mr. Joseph James Knicky, and grandparents are the late Colonel and Mrs. Joseph Bratton Hunt.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an Essence of Australia gown of ivory Chantilly lace with a cafe-colored underlay. Her gown featured hand-embroidered designs of crystals and lace on the bodice and a lace-edged, scalloped cathedral train and was complemented by a veil edged in lace. She carried a bouquet of white peonies, roses and hydrangea, accented with metallic gold foliage and ribbon and embellished with a rosary that belonged to her late grandmother, Lois Boykin. She wore a gold and diamond bracelet that also belonged to Mrs. Boykin, and her mother’s heirloom wedding garter of blue satin and ivory lace.

Hayes’ attendants wore rose gold Amsale halter gowns with a ruffle top and flowing skirt, and carried white bouquets in a design similar to that of the bride’s flowers.

Justin Bunch stood as the groom’s best man. Collin’s other groomsmen included Daniel Beebe, James Borland, Anthony Calao, Ryan Carter, Charles Davis, Chad Dolan, Bobby Douglass, Jamason Jernigan and Davis O’Brien. Readers were Rebecca Devaney, Hilliary Street and Rebecca Tarwater.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing at Belforest Pointe in Daphne. The ballroom was decorated in the bride’s colors of white and gold, and the white and gold color palette was repeated in the furnishings, table settings and centerpieces.

Following a sparkler-lit sendoff, the newlyweds left for a honeymoon on St. Kitts in the West Indies. They reside in Spanish Fort.
