“One of my favorite meals in Fairhope is the original Buddha bowl at Warehouse Bakery and Donuts. It consists of strips of grilled chicken and steamed cabbage, zucchini and squash over rice. The sauces make it extra flavorful. The dish actually comes with two sauces — a spicy mayo and a citrus soy. It’s a good idea to combine them to get a delicious spicy Asian flavor.
